COVID-19 Response


We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees and have implemented the following precautions for everyone’s safety:

WE-SERVE NOT SELF-SERVE

Discontinuation of self-service buffet in-store to reduce high-touch surfaces. All food will be prepared and served by our employees.

CONTACTLESS ORDERING

Option to order and pay online for contactless payment and pick up. Order on leesdeli.com.

DELIVERY

Option to designate contactless delivery for frozen dim sum delivery (specify this in the delivery instruction section in the shopping cart page of leesdeli.com). Delivery drivers wear protective face masks.

FACE COVERINGS

Our store employees are required to wear face masks and gloves. Customers must wear masks while on premises.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Signage and dedicated markers are placed throughout the store to keep you safely socially distanced and indicate path of travel. Re-designed foot traffic areas to comply with social distancing and avoid congestion along with safety shields at payment areas.

SANITIZATION

Our employees regularly disinfect and sanitize all high-touch surfaces and high contact areas. Hand sanitizer dispensers are available throughout our stores for customer use.

HEALTH SCREENINGS
Conduct daily health and temperature screenings for all employees and not allowing those with symptoms or exposure to work.

HAND WASHING
Increasing the frequency of hand washing and glove changing.
