Potsticker is made with pork, ginger and cabbage. Each order consists of 1 dozen pieces.
Potsticker by the Dozen
Boil water on high heat, then put in potstickers and cover. Once all potstickers are floating, drain, then pan fry until golden brown. (Boiling may take 12-15 minutes but it may vary so it is more important to pay attention to when all are floating than a set time.)
